Postage:
We ship through a courier service and not Royal Mail, so delivery time tends to be 2-4 days after we dispatch. We will provide you with the tracking information for each package.
On the misfortune that something may arrive broken, please message us on the day received with photos of the broken item, along with photos of the damaged box and internal packaging (we need this to be able to claim back from our courier service). We will then make arrangements for an alternative item.
